Jiangsu Dasheng Polymer Co.,Ltd located in Fenhu Economic Development Zone,Wujiang City of Jiangsu Province,is one of subsidiary companies of Jiangsu Dasheng Group.It is about two kilometers far from 318 National Freeway and Fenhu entrance of Hu-Su-Zhe Freeway,the condition of traffic is very convenient. The company covers an area of 190,000 square meters in all and the production workshop area is 8000 square meters. It has a number of professional talents engaged in insulation material formula production and development for many years, meanwhile it has completed and advanced researching, producing,and inspecting equipments and instruments.
At present our company possesses three series products that are PVC,low smoke and halogen or low smoke and halogen-free materials.The PVC series materials with totally ten series and nearly 50 types products,that are high flame retardant ,antibacterial and oil- proof,cold resistance and without Pelement and others. Low smoke and halogen materials include irradiation crosslinking polyolefin and irradiation crosslinking elastomer materials,two series with fourteen types. Low smoke and halogen-free materials have heat shrinkable and irradiation crosslinking materials, tatally two series with seventeen types.The folowing latest products are come out at present:
1. Water-proof PVC which complies with the market demand of thelow leakageoutdoor-use wire and cable jacket material,and also compies with the latest directives and requirements of UL62.
2. High flame retardant thermoplastic and halogen-free material, and 125 irradiation cross-linkable and halogen-free material supplied for wire and cable of locomotive and boat, their properties comply with all directives and requirements of UL62, UL758 and GB/T12528-2008.
3. irradiation crosslinking elastomer and halogen-free series materials comply with all directives and requirements of UL62 and VDE0282.We also have the capability to develop special properties high polymer products according to clients' demands. The annual output is 10000 tons.
In order to ensure the stability of the quality,there are a number of inspecting instruments and equipments in the compnay,such as tensile testerspecific gravity apparatusconstant temperature water and oil tanks, flame test equipment,ageing oventhermal stability testercold bend testing refrigerator insulation resistance testerhalogen detectorprofile-projector durometer and so on.
