Description Performance

  CP301 is a UV-curable prepreg sheet material that uses unsaturated polyester resin/vinyl ester resin as the matrix and glass fiber as the reinforcement. It is a glass fiber-reinforced composite material. The material has a uniform thickness and a dense structure, with plastic film attached on both sides. It has a sheet-like appearance and is cured using UV-A ultraviolet light.
  CP301 is specifically developed as an outer protective layer for horizontal directional drilling on long-distance pipelines, and it is also known as UV-curable protective tape (also referred to as photosensitive fiberglass reinforced plastic or UV-curable sheet material.

(c) Apply the epoxy coating material onto the specimen with an anti-corrosion layer. The anti-corrosion layer should be roughened, and the 3PE anti-corrosion layer should be polarized.
