Description Performance

  Coating Repair Pod, also known as patching rod, pipeline repair rod, hot-melt repair rod, etc., is prepared by blending and extruding various high-performance materials. When used, it is melted and applied to the damaged area using a liquefied gas torch and then cooled. The repair rod is specifically used for anti-corrosion repair of buried or overhead steel pipelines and insulation repair of thermal insulation pipelines. It is used to repair damage to the PE layer in anti-corrosion construction, such as scratches, impacts, bubbles, and incisions during peel strength testing. The hot-melt adhesive rod has high bonding strength with the outer PE anti-corrosion coating of the pipeline, forming a continuous and tight anti-corrosion system. During construction, the PE melting rod is heated, causing the hot-melt adhesive coating to melt and tightly bond with the repair site, forming a unified structure with the original polyethylene outer anti-corrosion layer of the pipeline.
